If you are placing your plant indoors, it is recommended not to plant directly into the fibreglass pot, it is recommended to use an inner shelve instead - this way it makes it easy if you need to put your plant outside to get a bit of sun or heaven forbid your plant dies it's easy to replace. Also, if you over water the overflow stays inside the pot an not all over your carpet.
