Our Fibreglass pots are made in Vietnam. What makes our fibreglass pots different? We took an Australian boat maker to Vietnam to teach us how to make fibreglass that will withstand the harsh Australian climate. To not compromise on quality, he taught us the correct resin to talc ratio to use so our pots don't break down over time. Many of our competitors replace a greater quantity of resin with talc in order to sell their pots cheaper. That decreases the flexibility in the pots, so when there is a change in temperature the pots shrink and expand and without that flexibility the pots become brittle and crack. Fibreglass is also not to be confused with it's much inferior counterpart - Fibreclay. Linda's Place will not sell Fibreclay pots. Instead of being made from resin they are made from mud. Making them much more susceptible to breakage and prone to disintegrate over a short period of time. So if you are after a high quality, lightweight pot - a Linda's Place fibreglass pot is the cream of the crop!

Linda's Place Recommends POT INNERS
We recommend you not to plant directly into your pot if it is going inside, or on an apartment balcony. Instead buy a Pot Inner to catch the water and make your pot and plant look stunning. Your Pot Inner bundle consists of an internal saucer, a plastic pot or polystyrene to be used to lift your plant up to just below the top of the pot (if needed) and enough basket fibre to fill the top of your pot.
